An Interview with Seraphim Hamilton on the Orthodox Approach to the Bible
Barrel Aged Christians,
I had a wonderful time with Seraphim Hamilton discussing the ‘Orthodox Approach to the Bible.’ We discussed the fascinating (and sometimes controversial) scholarship of Dr. Michael Heiser along with a number of themes found in Scripture such as ‘The Divine Council,’ liturgical worship, theosis, the work of Christ, and the glorification of the saints.
Also, if you missed my last video on Tom Bombadil in the Lord of the Rings, check it out! He is quite the mysterious character. Some people believe him to be the ‘God Incarnate’ of Tolkien’s Middle Earth while others have different theories about his identity.
